There was a fatal gang related shooting in Port Moody on Saturday morning. Given that there have been two previous shootings at a local Starbucks and recreation centre, I am concerned about how safe we really are in the Tri-Cities in the midst of a gang war.  Innocent families could be hurt if they happen to be at the wrong place at the wrong time. When is something is going to be done about this?

A rally is being held this evening at 6:30 pm at Port Moody City Hall to help put pressure on local lawmakers to take action to stop the violence before innocent people get hurt. You don’t have to live in Port Moody to be affected by this issue – please come out and be heard!
