Piggy Paint Piggy Paint nail polish was designed with kids in mind and is non-toxic, eco-friendly and made with a water based formula. Great stocking stuffer for kids!

Ride-On Toy One of the best gifts we ever received was a ride on toy. The one we got happened to be Mater from the Toy Story movie but it is the flashing buttons, noises, and fun of first walking with it and then riding it that fascinates my son to this day. We’ve had our ride-one from age 1 to 4 and it still get played with in our home. If you don’t have a ride-on, this is an easy pick for a Christmas gift.

Burts Bees The Sweet Memories Keepsake Photo Box filled with Baby Bee products is a great gift idea for a new or expecting mom – when the keepsake box is empty, she can fill it with photos and mementos.  Burt’s Bees Baby Bee products are mom approved and provide safe and natural body care solutions for newborns – from head-to-toe.

Teach Me Time Clock – We bought this clock for our son when he was three and it has saved our sanity. You program the clock to turn green at the time that you want your child to be able to leave their room. If they wake up and come out before that, just tell them your clock is not green, go back to sleep! Get this clock for the parents in your life!

Stuck on You I recommend Stuck on You for gift ideas ranging from personalized clothing, lunch bags, labels, puzzles and wall stickers to unique Christmas products. I love the bath robe and water bottle I got for my son – the quality is great and he loves having something special with his name on it. Mom approves!

Fisher Price Fire Engine with Billy Blazes This was the first thing I ever reviewed on my blog and it has proved to be a great toy. It has been used, abused and played with on a regular basis since we got it and it still works and is in great shape. I highly recommend this for the 3 and 4 year old set. It’s great fun – your little one will approve too!

Lego My four-year-old is in love with Lego. There are all kinds of great sets out there. If you haven’t bought any yet, I recommend starting with something like the Lego Ultimate Building Set. Lego City and Ninjago are also very popular. We have found great deals on Lego at Costco (both in the US and Canada) as well as Target and Walmart.

Bruder If you child loves trucks, I highly recommend the Bruder brand. We often order this from Amazon in the US but occasionally have found great deals also at Winners. Bruder has every kind of truck and construction vehicle you can imagine – they are very true to real life and interactive. We have the cement truck, garbage truck and a couple others and they are totally worth it.
