Join the We Want It Movement and Yyoga Giveaway

Do you want to know what’s in the food you are eating when you go to a BC restaurant? I know I do. Here’s how we can do something to make it happen.

The Heart and Stroke Foundation is currently running a campaign called We Want It. It’s all about asking BC restaurants to provide nutritional information on their menus. It only takes a few seconds to join in and let your favourite restaurants know you want this info.

Go to the website wewantit.hsf.ca and add your name and restaurant choices to the We Want It list. Heart and Stroke Foundation will send the list to each restaurant identified.

Don’t forget to share the campaign on your social networks and ask your friends if they Want It so they can join the movement. It’s that easy.

PS – Tell everyone to enter my We Want It contest! I am thrilled to have a great giveaway: you can enter to win a 2 week pass to Yyoga (value $40)  - a local yoga studio with eight locations including Burnaby, Vancouver, Richmond, Whistler and North Vancouver.

To enter, please complete the Rafflecopter below. You can tweet every day if you want to for an extra chance to win. And the winner is Nat Nanton! Congratulations Nat.
