My Daddy Rocks is back this week featuring a dynamic trio: Brielle, Brooklyn and Hailey. They say they love their daddy because he does cool stuff with them and is a great parent. Whoa! Good job daddy! Here are the girls to tell it in their own words!
Our names are Brielle, Brooklyn and Hailey. We are 15, 7 and 5 years old.
Our daddy’s name is Jason and we call him daddy. Sometimes, Brielle calls him Jason because he is her step-dad.
We love our daddy because he’s funny, sings us bedtime songs, builds forts with us and teaches us how to play soccer and guitar.
Our favourite book to read with daddy is Where the Sidewalk Ends by Shel Silverstein. Our favourite song to sing with him is Miley Cyrus’ song, “Party in the USA”. Brielle likes it when he teaches her to play 1Direction songs on her guitar.
We laugh out loud when Daddy acts silly. He acts silly a lot.
Our favourite thing in the world to do with our daddy is setting off fireworks when it’s Fourth of July.
This summer, daddy took us hiking, camping and fishing. So much fun!
When I grow up, I want to be just like my daddy because he’s a good parent. I want to be a good parent to my kids too.
The best advice I could give my daddy is to “keep doing cool stuff with us”. We like it.
Our daddy rocks because he’s the best daddy in the whole world.
