I grew up reading the book A Wrinkle in Time by Madeline L’Engle, and it was an absolute thrill to bring my family along with me to enjoy this movie tonight. I highly recommend this fun, family friendly, gorgeous movie for families with school aged kids.

The story has beautiful themes about being who you are, becoming a “warrior” by standing up for what you believe in, and the importance of family and friendship. Not to mention, there were a few of our favourite actors in this movie: Reese Witherspoon, Oprah (sing it a little when you say it), Mindy Kaling, and Chris Pine!

A Wrinkle in Time is kid approved and received a rating of 4 out of 5 stars from my 9 year old son. See it!
