The Whistler Children’s Festival is the longest-running festival in Whistler celebrating its 30th year this year. The festival is moving from Creekside to the popular Whistler Olympic Plaza, at the heart of Whistler Village and over 5,000 participants are expected.
Festival activities include a full roster of arts workshops, activities, animation and roving characters, and a main stage that features musical and performing acts by award-winning entertainers.
Children may explore the arts with workshops in ceramics, jewellery, soapstone carving, tie-dye, percussion and fine art. There are over 19 workshops to choose from; register online on the festival website.
